your correct about the lawsuit , it could but anytime any accounts within SOL that could happen .. normally id agree with you when you say its best not to have anything to do with collection co's period becouse honestly in my opinion its best not to validate & to just lay low until sol applies but if im being called at work on an account still within sol well id have to put a stop to that the best way i see fit hoping without of course being sued & like i say only ny opinion but id think id feel better handling it by requesting validation cause always a chance they can not validate but if they can theres the limited C & D , id put the burdon on them until they can prove it .. its MUCH easier to deal with accounts past SOL thats a breeze but wow its so tricky on in statue accounts .. kelly ........
