they can legally call your work,however if you tell them not to call theyre supposed to stop,,,catch is theres no proof you said to stop so they will continue...i would send them a certified letter telling them to stop calling you....you have no assets,it is highly unlikely they will sue....also DONT!!! be scared that is what they want you to feel...
