New Brain-dead CA

Some brain-dead CA called GMF (Go-More Financial, Inc.) started calling us about a month ago and leaving messages on my answering machine. The name they are asking for is for some guy we've never heard of, so we've just been ignoring them. Today we received a letter in the mail addressed to this same person. I sent it back with an "addressee unknown" comment on it.

They've never called when I'm actually home to tell them to go whiz up a rope. Can't imagine how they got both our phone number and address for someone with a name not even close to ours. We've lived in the same location for over six years, and I've never heard of the guy or this CA before.

At first I thought of sending them a validation request, but why should we do that when the name is so dissimilar as for anyone with half a brain to realize it's a mistake? I've done a search, and there's no one with that first and last name listed in the phonebook for the entire state of Illinois!

I wish they'd call while I was home, so I could have some fun with them. :-)
