Don't worry. 1st thing you do is get a supervisor or manager on the phone. You are in control here. Get their name and tell them in no uncertain terms, that they are never to contact you at your place of business ever again. Legally, they are not allowed to put your employment in jeopardy, whether this is or isn't the case is irrelevent, it's the law. I would also follow up and send them what is known as a cease and desist letter. You can locate one online that works well. Search under "Bud Hibbs Cease and Desist". Copy the letter and send it to the Agency / Attorney via certified mail return receipt. You will never hear from them again, guaranteed. If in the event that they mistakingly contact you, they will be in violation of the FDCPA and you would then have grounds to sue them for not only the debt amount but for duress, suffering, etc....
