If you do nothing it will end up as a judgment against you. Once judgment is obtained, they can seize any money in any checking or savings account at any time (if they know where you bank), but most likely would garnish your wages to the tune of 25% of your disposable earnings.
I am not sure how far this has already progressed, but what I would do is send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail. Go onto the search engine google and do a search under "Bud Hibbs Cease and Desist". They will then legally not be able to contact you nor file litigation against you.
