Judgement hayt, hayt & Landau

I am trying to settle a judgement with Hayt,Hayt & Landau. They have put a levy on my checking and savings. The original amount that was owed to Ford Motor Credit was $6800. The judgement was for $12,413. Hayt was looking to get $18,000. They will settle for $12,622. I offered $10,000. They refused. What options do I have at this point, if any?
