Dispute them as "not mine, no such accounts for these dates with this creditor for this amounts and these 3 are duplicated accounts"

Do a snail mail certified, (not CRR) letter, hand written on lined paper send along a photo copy of the report with the accounts shown. Make sure your report # is written on your letter.

On the copy of the report, drae red lines linking the 3 accounts and write next to them NOT MINE DUPLICATED ENTRY.

I assume you have already opted out?

Make a copy of the letter you are sending, print out the delivery report from the USP website.
