Hi Boad - it's not you so I wouldn't worrry about it, even if they send a summons, it's not yours. I keep getting stuff for other people at my address and I just send it back marked "doesn't live here." But re the wrong name and the right number. I was getting a bunch of calls from FL a few months ago, they kept asking for the same person. I even got 2 at my job - the company sounded like some financial place. I finally picked the phone up and asked them who they were and how they got my numbers - turns out they were a title company who had accidently switched my phone numbers and address with another couple's - we were all closing on our refinancings at the same time and the company had all the info messed up. Maybe you should just talk to them and tell them you have no idea who the person is they are trying to reach.
