1) Reached me at Work

2) My employer does not allow such calls

3) If they call again I will report the PDCPA violation, but they can contact me in writing.

When they call the next day - some do - I ask for their name and company and tell them they've violated FDCPA.

I file reports with, FTC, BBB, Bar assoc. (if they claim to be lawyers) and any other org. i can think of - consumer protect for the state.

When you state your emploer does not allow such calls they know they violate FDCPA to continue so most stop calling at work. Home phone may ring off the hook :-(
