well 1st off WE ALL make mistakes in our lives so i wouldnt be upset over a natural part of life , we have good & bad times just right now your in some MINOR bad times in your life so dont worry .. only a guess but that summons is probably a notice from a creditor of intent to sue but like i say only a guess but a pretty good guess .. we all get into credit problems from time to time over hopefully a very long life but that in NO WAY makes you a bad person , good people makes mistakes thru no fault of their own .. really there many ways to handle this but 1st you need to answer some basic questions such as what state are you in what type of debt is this AND when did you last stop paying on these accounts also do you work i believe you say your a renter , all this is important as to how you handle this .. promise ya , its not as big a problem as you feel it is this is .. theres some pretty smart people on this board so provide some of the answers i requested & bet ya get some good replys .. goodluck , kelly ......
