I also heard that CA's use these phone systems that dial ahead and then plays a recording saying you have an important call and to wait on the line, like I am sure I am going to wait to be hassled by a CA!
Alot of times my phone will ring and when I answer there is no one there, I wonder if it is one of those phone systems?
