CAs look at assets and employment before they sue. Logically, they won't sue unless they think they have a good chance of collecting on a judgement, or scaring you into paying voluntarily. I think it was eithr a CA or a company that locates assets trying to see if you were a likely canidate for a law suit. Just my 2 cents. Hope you did not give them any info. Have you applied for anything lately?
