I did not keep any records but my last payment was sometime in 2000 before July. When it comes to these things, I am not really the smartest person so I truly appreciate everyone's help. My husband is on disability so I gather I am the "head of household". I got into debt when my spouse got sick and we had no health insurance. It took over two years for him to get Social Security. I worked private security at that time and even all of the overtime was not enough to pay the bills. Thank-you for your time. What freaked me out was the summons the sheriff delivered for me to appear in court.
