HELP! I asked for validation in Apr 03 within 30 days of their initial letter. Never got it. I followed up with letter in Sep 03 asking for it. Jul 04 I get a summons. I tell the "lawyer" I wanted vailidation. He says it was sent. i state it was never recieved. He says I can tell you the credit card # ... I did have a credit card from the company he says he is suing me for .. but I have never gotten validation. I do not want a judgment either. He says we can accept monthly payments if we do a Stipulation foe entry of final judgment execution withheld. What do I do?? Also Debt was written according to my credit report in march 2000 and the the 4 SOL in FL has past ... I dont want a judgment .. what do i do ??
