I would report the company to the State Attorney General in all three states. Also file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission. Don't pay them, sue them. www.naca.net

You do need professional help. Put the house on hold ( I know, you want your house now) but think of it this way, you can sue these creeps and have a nice down for a better house.

Anyway, since you live in Texas, they can not garnish your wages. And your homestead is exempt( I know you don't have a home yet, but had to include it)
