Well they have sent a letter. Got that the other day. So one letter, one phone call. I looked at the FL Bar website and only came up with one name, Paul Andrew Hayt. Not sure if he's associated with them as it doesn't list a firm for him. But the BBB lists Lillian Hayt who is not listed with the FL Bar and Robert Orowitz who is listed as a member in good standing. So it looks at least the one attorney there is licensed to practice in FL. Now here's what the BBB has to say... "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s)."
