Here is a recap.

From my credit reports .... last activity is reported as Aug 99 or Jan 00 .. Account Closed Mar 00.

It appears NCO Financial as moved the last date of activity from Aug 99 to 2002 on my current CRA reports. I have copies of old and new!

Since I have been given a summons, I assume I need to answer it as you have suggested.

Should I also give the attorney, the SOL letter and request withdrawal of lawsuit. If he has all my data then he knows he is violation of FL laws by suing me now.
