My question...let's see...Filed BK, had my 341 meeting. We know we are reaffirming with our mortg. company and our one car loan and that's it. I was reading on a BK site that sometimes you can reaffirm a car loan to a smaller amount. You just need to negotiate with the bank. Any experience with this? I think this sounds really good, but I also don't want to screw anything up. I looked up kbb price on our vehicle and it is about $3000 less than what we owe on it. I wasn't sure if this was a good thing to do and I'm hoping the regulars of this board will have heard of this. Thanks in advance for your help!!! Aimee
