I'm in NJ too and been sued by pressler.
I answer all paperwork but they dont give up.
They just sent me new leter where they ask court for defult judgement with proof of CHG_OFF_DT that was more than 7 years ago that they included in letter.
I don't know what is going on.
I think I should get a lawyer.
