Thank-you for your information. I am a person who is very uninformed on this issue and probably would think SOL is the "sun" until reading this site. I am researching the SOL's in Florida before making more payments to those lawyers - Erskine & Fleisher. To date, they have not cashed the last cheque I sent two weeks ago. I find that odd since they quickly took my first payment to the bank!
