It's an auto loan...so contracts are 6 years right? I have not given them my bank info so no need to stop payment on anything..I did send them the sol and cease letters via cert mail yesterday....

here's a new development...yesterday 2 calls within 10 minutes of each other and this morning at 6.58am another call...total of 3 calls in less than 24 hours...no voicemails left though...i have advised them verbally more than once that this was a work cell phone...I took a picture of my cell phones missed call log and will be calling to phone company to see if they keep records on incoming calls not answered. Do I have enough to go after them on fdcpa?
