Mini-miranda on Complaint

Does anyone know if the mini-miranda needs to be on a complaint that is served? I would assume so.

The reason I ask ( this is mentioned in an earlier post ), is that I was served with a complaint but no summons. The complaint does NOT have mini-miranda on it.

I checked the case file with the court. There is a summons there that has the miranda, but like I mentioned above, I wasn't served with the summons.
