SOL question

I have a question that I think I know the answer too but am not totally sure so here it goes. What staes SOL do you use in trying to determin your SOL? Is it the state you opened the acct in? The state you lived in when it was first 30 days past? or the State you currently live in? My guess is the state where the SOL clock started but I am hoping for the state you live in currently.
