I just gave you the legal answer as Why Chat gave it. However, I do believe that most people are sued in their resident state. So, that might work. The problem could be, IF you are sued, then you must travel to that state for court appearance, because that is where you would be sued. Also, if you needed to file bk, that could be a problem. I guess I think that is a bad idea, you could get stuck in that lie.
