I live in the state of TN and have recieved a summons to court for a credit card debt I owe.I own my house and my wife is on the deed with me.The debt is in my name only.I have one car that is 15 years old and one that is 9 years old.If they get a judgement against me when I got to court what exactly can they take from me to pay off the debt?The debt is for 7000.Any help would be greatly appreciated.The info on here has been very helpful.
