hi i have a question....my friend has a account that was charged off and sold to a collection company...its from dish network...she sent transunion a letter advising them that this isnt her debt....they in return sent her a letter advising her there is nothing they can do about it and to contact the original creditor.....i had told her to dispute it after reading posts on here.........how do you guys dispute things if the cra doesnt do anything about it?
