well depends really .. honestly arbitration is a total scam & you were NOT going to win anyways because consumers lose this nonsense arbitration 98 % of the time .. honestly it depends IF you should be concerned , do you own a home or rent , what state are you in now AND what state if diff were you in when you applied for their card or creditline ? do you work now do you have any assets to speak of ?? kinda personal questions i know but to get real straight correct answers ya gotta explain a bit more every state is totally different some great while some are pretty louzy , some pretty good people with smarts on this forum that i bet will give ya some good replys .. goodluck , kelly .....
