Hello,
I am asking someone to please advise me in this situation, that I am not sure how to handle. I recived a letter from by bank stating that Cohen & Slamowitz had a lein on my checking acct. I immediatly contacted the company and agreed to pay the bill. they claim that as soon as they recieved the payment they will issued a release to the courts, but I am not sure if I should trust them.I am also concern that they can take control on my other acct's. Please!!!1
what should I do???
