The first thing I would do is get whatever money you have in any accounts out of the bank ASAP.
I assume they have a judgement against you? Is this account withint SOL. Were you properly served, did you answer the summons? OR is this a default judgement. They have a lien on your checking account???? Do you mean they froze your checking account? What state are you in?
