MBNA arbitration (Why Chat I'd like your opinion)

I just got a notice of arbitration from Wolpoff & Abramson. Earlier in the year I got one from them that despite my sending a reply and citing my present circumstances including having a broken leg, they still found against me w/in days of when they got my answer. I read on Bud Hibbs site that this firm goes the arbitration route and seems to win all of its cases. If that's the case what defense do we have? I saw the the arbitration response you cited but is it good for Texas? I'm open for ANY suggestions. Thanks
