You need to possibly look into the legal aspect of them calling you on a CELL phone. The FDCPA states that the CA's can not contact you when it involves cost to you, i.e. collect calls. You may have legal grounds IF their call involves a roaming charge on your cell phone bill. You need to document each and every message (verbatim) left on you voice mail. You definitely need to send them a limited cease & desist letter, specifically telling them NOT to call you at work and list your cell phone number. Tell them to contact you ONLY by US Mail. Send your C&D letter by certified mail, return receipt requested.
