Yes, the first thing I did was to contact the bank, then I went to the court and recieved a copy of the judgement, it's legit.One concern I have is that I was not serve the judgement in person, it was left with the doorman of my building,is this legal? There is a lien one of my acct's, but I am concern about my other checking acct. Can they have access to that one as well?
They offer a settlement, I am thinking of paying it, but I am not sure if I should fight this?
