Need help with disputing on credit reports

I have 2 problems.....
1. an old account well past sol....being reported on my credit report by a company that has never contacted me. another company contacted me with a letter saying they bought the account.....i sent the dispute/ past sol letter from why chats site and have never heard back from them. but that other company continues to report this. i disputed with all 3 cra and only transunion has removed it. i sent a letter directly to that company too. what else can i do to get this off my report. the 7 year reporting ends 10/04
2. my other problem.........i did a settlement with wells fargo via a collector.....paid it but the balance it still being reported......i have all paperwork saying this was a settlement in full paid as agreed, etc.....i disputed with all 3 cra.....and so far 1 came back that it was verified and remains.....i sent copies of all paperwork to wells fargo asking them to change how it is reported......what else can i do?
