Sent WHYCHAT Validation letter - now they sent back new letter.

I sent the WHYCHAT Validation letter in response to collection letter from Weltman,Wienberg Reis at 525 Vine Street on 10 May 2004 and have a certified reciept from them on 14 Jun 2004. Today I get another letter from them but from a different address (PO BOX 93596) and signed by a different employee. Do I have to send them another Validation to this new PO BOX or send them a harrasment letter? FYI I am way past the SOL on this account for GA.
