Next time he calls, tell him the call is being recorded and traced,tell him to speak clearly and give his full name and his company's name and address, as the matter is being turned over to the (name of your County)'s sheriffs office for prosocution under the electronic harrassment laws of (name of your State) If the account is appearing on your credit report, dispute it and request the name and address of any verifying party.File a complaint with the FTC and your State's Attorney General's Office,send a cease and desist to any CA reporting on your reports, and to AMEX if your State is one of the ones listed on my website as including OC's in their FDCPA statutes.
