I'm in Texas. This arbitration was in January, 2004 and while I did answer it they of course ruled against me. I read on Bud Hibbs site that so far anything that went to the NAF was ruled in the favor of the Petitioner and that we didn't have a chance. I didn't know about this site at the time so I didn't know of an arbitration letter. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck?
