The phrase "lie much" comes to mind. They send by mail to my street address (which BTW I believe was deliberate as the USPS does no deliver to house in the are all previous correspondence was sent to my PO box) They want a continuance on the Order to show cause because they "claim" that they have tried to serve me but have been unable too so they have turned the matter over to a skip tracer. Funny I am disable don't drive and have lived at this address since 1989. All CRA have the correct address. Not to mention I have been in correspondence with them. Ok I don’t want them to get the continuance. And I am a complete noob when it comes to this stuff. How do I respond? There must a place that has all the legal forms that I can fill in.

They are trying to sue on a very old way past the SOL. In fact it is of two of my credit reports and due to drop off Sept 1 on Equifax. Yup this debt is seven years old and I am sure they know they what they did was illegal. The court clerk remembers me. This is a very small town. Shit I already have a copy of the claim, where they actually state that the debt is less than four years old.
