If I send the refusal of arbitration letter, what
happens then? I've had my doubts about
UDC but they keep assuring me that they are
handling it. Plus, I have already sent them
over 1000.00 in monthly payments that are
going in a trust account, anyway to get this
back? They also state that if I terminate the
contract with them, I owe them $300 in
termination fees, which I obviously do not
have.

Back to the arbitration, what happens after I
send the letter? They can still come after me
can't they? Plus if I don't respond to the
arbitration people, won't a judgement be filed
against me? Thank you for your help.
