You can go to my website and find the link to How To Answer A Lawsuit. You can see if the State page for your State on my website has a lawyer listed at the bottom of the page. You can find a consumer lawyer at the NACA link on the top of my website. You can file a complaint with the FTC, your State AG office and your State Bar Assoc. You can file a lawsuit against them for damages and violatons of the FDCPA.
