You need to know if they are sending you an "arbitration letter", if that is the case, you send the refusal of arbitration letter from Why Chat's web site. What state are you in? If you are not in a community property state, they can go after bank accounts in your name and/or garnish your wages if your state allows. I think you need to get the letter and see what it says.
