refuse arbitration letter

Thanks for the advice earlier. After I send the refusal to arbitration letter, what is the next step? I was advised to stop paying United Debt Counseling, but then what? Do I pay Walpoff and Abramson? Would they agree to take what I was sending UDC monthly? Very confused right now. I have also seen where it has been advised to change bank accounts. I live in Minnesota, could they seize/freeze my account. I have a direct deposit that goes into it and need to know what to do.
