instead of hiding from your debt and waiting possibly years for it to become sol,i would suggest offering the ca a settelment for reporting to the creditor as satisfied in full....of course you will need to get this in writing...even if they wont agree to it, a account setteled in full, looks better on a cbr then one that is a charged off(also not all collectors are bad skummy people but you do have to be careful)
