That's where I'm not sure. The last payment that I myself made directly to the OC was sometime in 1999. But then I foolishly joined Money Management Int'l, the internet side of Consumer Credit Counseling. They made a few months of payments, supposedly. I stopped using them when I found out that they were not sending the agreed upon amount to all my creditors. They were taking my checks to them and paying off the lower balances first and then sending smaller than agreed upon amounts to the higher ones.

So I would say it was sometime in the first 6 months of 2001 that was the last time they (OC)received a payment.
