The last time I paid anything to the original
creditor was in Nov or Dec of 2003. Even then,
however, they were not the full amount of the
minimum payment due. The last time I was
update was probably Aug or Sept of 2003. I
am in MN so I believe the SOL has not
expired. The "debt counseling" place has not
made a payment to them at all. They hold the
money in a trust account and then negoiate to
settle, or so they say. Why would I get an
arbitration letter if they are really working with
Wolpoff like they claim? Thank you for your
help.
