yes, this is on my credit report. i do not know anyone in the state where the judgment was filed.
in my home state of new jersey the sol has expired. no judgment was ever filed in my state. or the state where the contract was signed. know one ever came after me or notified me. i saw this account on my credit report and investigated. last date of acitivity was 1997. the judgment according to the cra was filed in ny in 1999 in NY. do i have a prayer. debt is 12000. dollars.
