I have loved the information from this site. What is a validation letter? I have been served with arbitration papers and have sent a refusal to arbitrate letter (thank you Why Chat) but have never sent a validation letter. I know the debt is mine so clearly there is not much to dispute, I just can't pay them and feed my kids at the same time, so I chose feeding my kids. Should I still request validation?
