I can tell you that sending in a regular response is a waste of time & postage cause I could have been dead and they still would have ruled against me. Must rubber stamp "Denied" on every one they get. I just got another from an acct. that was charged off Friday and this time I intend to send either the letter from Why Chat's site or another one I saw on a different site. I'd like to know to if it does any good. I'm in Texas and this firm (W & A) is listed on Bud Hibbs site as one to avoid.
