Thank you Why Chat! On Friday when I received the bill, I did file a dispute with the Ca AG, BBB, FTC, ABC7 news, KRON4, CBS5, and a law firm that's filed a class action suite against The City Tow. They are still in the process of it. I also contacted my lawyer at Parker Stanbury LLP in Los Angeles and explained it to her. She told me to send her any docs I have and she'll send them a letter. The only problem is, The City Tow isn't in business any longer since they were sued by San Francisco. When I call The City Tow's #, the people there tell me that they're the new company that took over and The City Tow's # is 7143851200. Well, I call that number and the company is: Pick Your Parts Corporation based out of Anaheim, CA. So, I'm kinda confuse as to who I should have my lawyer contact.

I'm so glad this forum exists. I use to come to this forum and read a lot of horror stories and feel so bad for the people, now I am experiencing a horror. Thank you Why Chat!
