I have a family member in TX who is a POWERFUL realtor in the upscale market ( Average price of home is 1.5 million---I should have been a realtor-LOL) anyway it is dependent on how much you intent to put down, the price of the home etc etc but he feels that when the mortage brokers and underwrites looks at charge offs of 24K only a year ago they are not going to be very understanding or generous.....have you spoken to a broker about this yet?
