need advice for tomorrow

I have a outstanding debt with a hospital and the CA suckered me into paying on a old debt. I am calling them tomorrow because they say that I 8 accounts with them and they are past the sol but I sent in 5 dollars at the begining of this month. Now do they have me for all of the accounts or just one. I am calling them tomorrow to find out but what should I ask or say. I need help
